IDG have completed the first phase of ground investigation in lieu of a new housing development in the Vale of Eden. The development will require a sympathetic regrade of existing site levels to create the desired development platform. IDG have focused their investigation on obtaining geotechnical parameters necessary to enable drainage, earthworks and foundation design and have employed trial pitting and cable percussive drilling techniques to obtain soil samples for laboratory analysis and in-situ density testing.
